Little Soho Jordanhill

Nestled right on Crow Rd in the heart of Glasgow’s Jordanhill area, Little Soho Jordanhill is the kind of place you stumble into for a quick bite and end up staying for hours. It’s got that effortlessly cool vibe-laid-back yet buzzing, stylish but not snobbish. Whether you’re flying solo, meeting up with friends, or dragging the whole crew along for a casual dinner, this spot works for pretty much every occasion.

Let’s talk about the food first-because, honestly, it’s the star of the show. The menu is a playful fusion of comfort classics with a twist. One standout you’ll want to order without hesitation is the Chicken Fajita Mac & Cheese. It's the kind of dish that shouldn’t work-but totally does. Creamy, cheesy pasta layered with juicy fajita-style chicken and just enough spice to wake your palate up.

Another showstopper? The Buffalo Mac and Cheese. Think tangy buffalo sauce meets smooth, rich cheese sauce, all tangled up in pasta and finished off with just the right crunch on top. And for pizza lovers, the Chicken Fajita Pizza and Meatball Pizza hit different-bold, loaded, and satisfying without being greasy. If you prefer your pizza with a bit more kick, go for the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, but if you’re spice-shy, there’s the Rambo Pizza Without Chillis-same punchy flavor, no sweat.

Before your mains arrive, the Goats Cheese Crostini is a clever little starter-crispy, creamy, and perfectly portioned. If you're into finger foods or just feel like nibbling, their Garlic Bread is golden, fluffy, and so good you’ll forget to share.

Drinks? They don’t mess around. Cocktails are big here-really big. From a refreshing Mojito to their house signature mixes, there’s something for every mood. The Peroni flows freely for beer fans, and if you’re in the wine crowd, their curated list offers solid options without being overwhelming. Also, if you're the type who can’t do dinner without a proper gin, you're in good hands-there's a nice selection of gin and spirits that pair beautifully with the food. Plus, they serve a proper coffee, which isn’t always guaranteed in casual joints like this. Big win.

And don’t even think about skipping dessert. The Sticky Toffee Pudding is warm, gooey, and paired with a scoop of ice cream that melts into every bite. It's indulgent in the best way possible-sweet, sticky, and satisfying without going overboard.

What makes Little Soho Jordanhill feel extra welcoming is the space itself. It’s inclusive, accessible, and surprisingly cozy given its open-plan layout. There’s wheelchair-accessible entrance, seating, and restrooms, which is something more places need to get right. The atmosphere is casual but energetic-great for a weekend treat, a quick weekday lunch, or even just a spontaneous cocktail night.

And yes, if you're not feeling like hanging around, takeaway is an option. But trust me, the dine-in experience has a charm that’s hard to replicate at home.

Open late with options for quick bites, small plates, and even free water refills, Little Soho makes it easy to come as you are and stay as long as you like. You’ll see solo diners sipping espresso in one corner, groups clinking cocktails in another, and everyone in between diving into their favorite comfort dish. This isn’t just a restaurant-it’s a local go-to that gets the balance right: great food, smooth service, and a vibe that keeps you coming back.

Fantastic dinner out for 2 (couple in our 30s) The place was full which is always a good sign. Mix of clientele. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when asked not to be sat near the door (as it was a cold night) The food was exceptional and very well priced for what you get. -Mac n cheese with fresh chillies was very tasty- (it’s a big portion) with garlic bread -Cobana Pizza (large) -Cheesecake to finish (sharing) -2 drinks Bill was around £40 Would highly recommend and will go back.

The perfect local pizza joint. Phoned in for a takeaway. The pizza was ready in 10 minutes. The service was so welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was vibrant and relaxed. It was like walking into a kitchen at a family house party. The food was delicious and they even accommodated a half with no cheese for my partner. Highly recommend!
